What will be the Key Points of the 2021-2023 Labor Inspection Plan?

The 2021-2023 Labor Inspection Plan is currently in the drafting phase, but the Ministry has begun to advance the 3 key points in its lines of action:

7/26/2021
  • Control and review of ERTEs, to be able to detect and avoid possible fraud, such as collecting unemployment benefits and continuing to work.
  • Control of compliance with the regulations governing Teleworking, according to Royal Decree Law 28/2020 of September 22.
  • Control of compliance with equality regulations, to eliminate gender discrimination, and also salary differences.

Similarly, special attention will also be paid to the following points:

  • Review of compliance with Covid 19 protection measures, through specific campaigns.
  • Control of temporary and part-time hiring to reduce its abusive use.
  • Control of subcontracting and duration of work and service contracts.
  • Verification of compliance with the rights to reconcile family and work life.
  • Control of compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations, especially in companies in which high rates of occupational accidents have been detected.
  • Control of the existence and compliance with protocols against workplace harassment.
  • Control of hiring, contributions and remuneration in the field of domestic workers.
  • Control of falsely declared self-employment.
  • Greater control of internship contracts and work grants.

We will still have to wait a bit to have the final version published, but it seems that the main lines of action will focus mainly on these points that we have listed in this post.
