This registration can be done manually, computerized and technologically, the point is that the company must keep these records for 4 years in its own facilities, and in the event of an inspection it should present them immediately to avoid possible manipulation, otherwise it could face fines ranging from €625 to €6,250, these fines would be applied per company, not per worker.
It should be noted that the penalties for these types of infractions can be repeated as many times as necessary, since the law does not establish a minimum time between inspections, therefore it is very important for companies to be up to date in terms of recording working hours.
The objectives of this new regulation are twofold:
1.- To know the overtime hours of workers
2.- To avoid false part-time contracts
