- Teleworking is considered when it is done for at least two days a week, or 30% of the time, for a period of three months.
- The company and the worker must sign an individual agreement in each case.
- The company must pay the person who teleworks all expenses related to the activity, such as computer equipment, or equipment necessary to be able to carry out the work.
- The company must reach an agreement with the workforce or its legal representatives, and the collective agreement must make it clear how all expenses related to teleworking will be compensated and/or paid.
- Teleworking must be voluntary and reversible for both parties.
- There must be the same working conditions for all the company workforce, both those who telework and those who do not.
- The company may adopt the control measures it considers most effective, as long as they do not go against any other right to dignity and privacy of people.
