This agreement is valid when teleworking exceeds 30% of the day, and in this case one of the first actions that the company must take is to provide the worker with all the necessary equipment to be able to carry out their activity: computer, mobile phone, and ergonomic chair.
Apart from this office equipment, employees can request a screen, a keyboard, and a mouse, or instead €130 to be able to acquire them; in addition, the company will provide a monthly compensation of €55, which will be proportional to the percentage of teleworking that is carried out.
In the case of people who telework less than 30% of their day, the company will provide them with a computer and a mobile phone, and they will have the possibility of teleworking from the place they consider most appropriate.
In the case of people who have to work remotely due to health emergencies or emergency circumstances, the company will provide employees with a PC and mobile phone, and will provide (or subsidize with up to €45) a screen, keyboard and mouse, allowing teleworking to be carried out from the place the person decides.
Another important novelty of this new banking agreement is that it regulates the right to digital disconnection, that is, the right to privacy regarding the use of mobile devices, regarding recordings of calls, sounds and geolocation, and also the right to digital education, and artificial intelligence.
