Talent prefers start-ups

According to a global survey conducted by the Robert Walters Group, a recognized human resources organization, talent prefers start-ups, since in the last year the number of professionals working there has grown by 20%, and half of professionals say they would prefer to work in a start-up than in a traditional and consolidated company.

42% of the professionals surveyed stated that they want to work in a business culture that inspires them to give their best, in which they can maintain their autonomy in their projects, and a recognition that goes beyond salary.

This type of company does not have a large number of workers, so the people who work there must be willing to do more tasks than those strictly marked by their job, which increases the versatility of this type of worker.

And although it is possible that start-ups do not offer salaries as high as traditional companies, they offer the possibility of working in a differentiated and challenging environment, which in practice is a constant challenge and therefore a very deep learning, in very changing environments.

At a time like the present, it is important to remember that true innovation cannot occur without highly skilled employees who have the skills and technological tools to create and differentiate themselves.

Since startups are usually run by a small, closely-knit team, their culture is often a reflection of the passions and personalities of the founding team, and in most cases, each individual working in a startup contributes to this type of corporate culture.
