It is a completely online application, so it can be accessed from any device with an internet connection, be it a PC, a tablet or a smartphone, and does not require any type of installation or download of Apps.
Putting Timenet into operation is very simple and fast, through a control panel each company can adapt the system to its needs.
Timenet has three modules, which can be used together or separately, depending on the specific needs of each organization:
1.- Workday registration: each worker will have an assigning code, which is what they will have to dial to indicate whether they enter or leave work, or take some type of stop in between. With this easy system it is possible to:
- Manage work flexibility
- Schedule vacation days
- Geolocalize markings
- Register absences
- Have internal messaging
2.- Project control: allows you to record the time dedicated to each task, and helps you manage time better and be able to know things such as profitability per client, worker, project, etc.
3.- Integration with other applications: it is used to link Timenet with your ERP or payroll management program.
