The recent approval of the decree that obliges all companies to record the working hours of their employees has led to an increase in the demand for this type of application... Has this happened with timenet?
Yes, we have noticed a spectacular increase in the demand for Timenet, an easy and economical solution for the control of working hours, which we launched on the market in 2016 and which, since then, has been evolving and adapts perfectly to the requirements of current legislation. With this new impetus, our strategy currently involves consolidating the Timenet application as one of the most used solutions for recording working hours and controlling working hours at a national level.

Are your developments aimed at SMEs?
Yes, for 15 years we have been orienting our business towards offering solutions to SMEs and the self-employed, which are practically 95% of the business fabric in our country. Our first developments were the webnet applications, a powerful web content manager and e-commerce platform, and mailnet, a tool for sending mass emails, highlighting both solutions for their reliability and ease of use, just like timenet. Given that our developments are designed for SMEs, we try to create solutions that are very easy to use for any user and that are economical, so that any company can adopt them, but that are also at the forefront of technology, offering functionalities that are useful to our customers.

So, on what points do we base excellence?
For us the most important thing is to offer, as I said, reliable, economical and easy-to-use products, but always accompanied by excellent customer service. At GPI Software we are very aware that any solution we offer our customers, apart from being a product, as I said, reliable, easy to use and that constantly evolves and improves, must be accompanied by an accessible and close customer support service. Current technology allows us to have customers in any corner of the country but, from our point of view, distance should never be a factor that replaces personal contact, whether through our distributors or directly through our telephone support service. For many of our customers, something as simple as being able to speak directly with our technicians when they have a question or want to improve some of their processes is important. In addition, every week we offer our customers completely free online training seminars.
